Healthy Bristol invites you to register your services, either as an independent practitioner or as an organisation.

First find the most appropriate section of the Directory from the list below:

Registration for entry in the Bristol & Bath Integrated Medicine Directory is open to those practising or offering Integrated Medicine services within the city of Bristol and a fifteen-mile radius around the city (whose services may be reached easily by the people of Bristol) These minimum criteria can be found at the beginning of each questionnaire.

2b) Psychological support agencies

3a) Spiritual advisors

3b) Spiritual support agencies

4a) Self-help teachers

4b) Self-help organisations

5a. NHS Health Care Professionals

5b. NHS Integrated Health Care services within the Bristol area

There is no fixed fee for Directory Entry but we welcome donations to support the work of Healthy Bristol which is a registered charity. The cost of each entry to us is approximately £50.

How to make a donation:

a) Standing order please print off and complete the standing order form, and return this to the Administrator at the above address)
b) Debit or Credit Card on 0117949 3365.Please note there is a 3% surcharge when paying by credit card. No charge for debit cards.
c) Cheque to Healthy Bristol, sent to The Administrator, Healthy Bristol, 77a, Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2DP.

Before completing the questionnaire, please read the minimum criteria for successful registration found within each questionnaire.

Then complete the online registration.

You may register for more than one section if applicable, provided you meet the minimum entry criteria for each therapy or organisation being registered.

Applicants in all categories should complete the online registration process

In addition , individual therapists, spiritual advisors and self-help teachers should post a copy of their training certificate and current registration and insurance documents to The Administrator, Healthy Bristol, 77a Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2DP, (which will be returned once the registration is complete);
