Questionnaire 2b - for Psychological Support Agencies and charities

Section 2b of the Bristol and Bath Integrated Medicine Directory is open to psychological support agencies (PSAs) including:

• Counselling or psychotherapy services;
• Personal development groups;
• Support Groups offering help with:

a) Medical conditions,

b) Psychological conditions (including addiction),

c) Disability,

d) Social, ethnic, gender or minority group issues.
